Secondly, they taste good, have a hint of sweetness, not overly sweet. They melt in my baby's mouth, until she's ready to swallow it, so she never choked or gagged. My baby has no teeth yet , he no longer crawls and walks and was not having the puffs dissolve quickly on his mouth . As I noticed he kept coughing at times and would just spit it out . The good thing was that he kept putting it in his mouth , so I'm assuming he loved the taste . The banana, strawberry, and sweet potato puffs all taste exactly the same--like plain Cheerios but worse somehow. They melt in the mouth and then just taste like sawdust paste. Our kiddo doesn't want to eat them, and I can see why! Unfortunately do not recommend these and would not buy again.
